This has helped me sleep so much better and also helped my overall lifestyle. I used to wake up with headaches and jaw pain from clenching however this has stopped all that. Easy to mould for the perfect fit. I love it and couldn’t sleep without it now!

I have been grinding my teeth at night for as long as I can remember. My husband has told me that it sounds like I’m chewing on rocks at night when I sleep. I even chipped my front tooth from the constant grinding (see picture). It was so embarrassing! I have since gotten my tooth repaired and I use this mouth guard at night to sleep. It has been the BEST thing to stop my clenching & grinding. The cost of this mouth guard is WAY less than the price I had to pay to repair my teeth. Don’t risk messing up your teeth. This product is WORTH it!
The instructions to mold the guard is easy to follow. Although I've never used a mouth guard, from what i think its good.

The instructions were easy to follow and the mouth guards are easy to use! Just pop it in some boiling water, Let it cool a bit, put it in your mouth to shape it, and you’re good to go!
I’m passionate about this product because I have multiple cavities in my bottom chewing teeth from clenching in my sleep. Then the fillings pop out from the clenching. But I can’t just make myself stop clenching when I’m asleep. This is an affordable product to use to help preserve fillings and prevent more clench cavities! It’s not as amazing as the one you’re dentist will fit for you if you purchase a splint from him/her. But this is a great and comfortable substitute for if you need something to hold you over until you can afford your dentists splint since those can be around $700!-Easy, quick, and fun to fit to your teeth-Beautiful packaging-Comfy fit. Kinda fun to bite and squish around too. Lol.
Extremely easy to use, 4 guards, 2 sizes so you can find which suits you best. Mould and remould in hot water. Saved me a lot of money on what was quoted by the dentist. Highly recommend to stop the headaches caused by teeth grinding. I also wear mine in the car to stop me clenching my teeth whilst driving.
This is a MUST if you are stressed and constantly clench your jaw! I noticed after having this in for one time my headaches and jaw pain went away! This really helps me stop from clenching my jaw and relaxes me. It feels comforting in your mouth and despot bother me at all. I definitely recommend getting this!
There’s periods of times when I do grind my teeth whilst sleeping due to stress and anxiety. This product is amazing, easy to use and is protecting my teeth to not get damaged. I grind my teeth so badly that I had to have full reconstructive jaw surgery. You can customize these to your bite so that it is snug and comfortable.

These were different than my former mma guards do not sure how to fit. Contacted customer support and in 1 day they explained in writing and gave a video. Superb back and forth explanations . Basically you only need one, hot water just off boil, shake excess water off and fit onto to teeth (top) and press until formed. It goes to fall out while sleeping so I’m going to try the no snore version
I recently found out that I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep. My dentist was quoting £350 for a custom night guard, which I certainly couldn’t afford. She turned in her chair, opened up Amazon on her computer and kindly recommended that I try this product as a cheaper alternative that would do the same thing. I followed her advice and haven’t looked back. Good product and stops me waking up with headaches and a painful jaw in the mornings.
I think most people buy mouthguards because of grinding their teeth at night, but that isn't exactly my problem. I have a tendency to have a spasm where I bite the inside of my cheek or the side of my tongue while sleeping. So the name of this product, Clench No More, seemed appropriate to address my issue. Also, it is a reasonably-priced item, and provides 4 guards in the package. I started with the small guard, and the directions on how to prepare the guard were very clear and it fit pretty well. After a couple of nights using the small guard, I noticed that my jaw started clicking and I got a little pain on one side of my jaw. So I looked at the guard closely and noticed that it only covered half of the last tooth on each side. Then I tried again with the larger guard, and it seemed to work fine, with no more jaw clicking. But it did seem a little crooked in my mouth, so again I looked at it closely and found that I had done the mold wrong. My teeth went right to the end of the mold on one side, but had much more space on the other side. See the attached photo. So I just repeated the procedure by putting the guard back into the hot water and making sure it was straight this time, and it worked great. I've been using it for about 4 weeks now and find it is very effective. I do occasionally bite my tongue, but with the mouthguard in place, it's not nearly as severe as it once was. I recommend this guard to anyone who wants a comfortable guard to deal with clenching problems.
For me it was a great purchase, easy to follow instructions with video. Easy to use. Comfortable and soft molding to sleep with.
I scrolled and scrolled through mouth guards wondering which one could be good as the dentist or close to it. I read reviews and this one caught my attention. Crossed my fingers, purchased it and now I'm glad I did. The best thing about this one to me is the material and the feel of it. Not stiff and hard but soft and flexible. I wear it at night and even wear it at work. I have Bruxism and clinch a lot. This worked out perfectly and the price is a bonus! thank you.
I’ve fitted both the small and big to my teeth, I’m going to use the small one for sleeping in and the big one for teeth whiting. First impressions there really easy to mold! I thought I would struggle abit but it’s super easy to do, well worst the money. Thanks so much x
