I have been grinding my teeth at night for as long as I can remember. My husband has told me that it sounds like I’m chewing on rocks at night when I sleep. I even chipped my front tooth from the constant grinding (see picture). It was so embarrassing! I have since gotten my tooth repaired and I use this mouth guard at night to sleep. The instructions to mold the guard is easy to follow. Although I've never used a mouth guard, from what i think its good.

The instructions were easy to follow and the mouth guards are easy to use! Just pop it in some boiling water, Let it cool a bit, put it in your mouth to shape it, and you’re good to go!
I’m passionate about this product because I have multiple cavities in my bottom chewing teeth from clenching in my sleep. Then the fillings pop out from the clenching. But I can’t just make myself stop clenching when I’m asleep. This is an affordable product to use to help preserve fillings and prevent more clench cavities! It’s not as amazing as the one you’re dentist will fit for you if you purchase a splint from him/her. But this is a great and comfortable substitute for if you need something to hold you over until you can afford your dentists splint since those can be around $700!-Easy, quick, and fun to fit to your teeth-Beautiful packaging-Comfy fit. Kinda fun to bite and squish around too. Lol.
Extremely easy to use, 4 guards, 2 sizes so you can find which suits you best. Mould and remould in hot water. Saved me a lot of money on what was quoted by the dentist. Highly recommend to stop the headaches caused by teeth grinding. I also wear mine in the car to stop me clenching my teeth whilst driving.
This is a MUST if you are stressed and constantly clench your jaw! I noticed after having this in for one time my headaches and jaw pain went away! There’s periods of times when I do grind my teeth whilst sleeping due to stress and anxiety. This product is amazing, easy to use and is protecting my teeth to not get damaged. I grind my teeth so badly that I had to have full reconstructive jaw surgery. You can customize these to your bite so that it is snug and comfortable.

These were different than my former mma guards do not sure how to fit. Contacted customer support and in 1 day they explained in writing and gave a video. Superb back and forth explanations . Basically you only need one, hot water just off boil, shake excess water off and fit onto to teeth (top) and press until formed. It goes to fall out while sleeping so I’m going to try the no snore version
I recently found out that I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep. My dentist was quoting £350 for a custom night guard, which I certainly couldn’t afford. She turned in her chair, opened up Amazon on her computer and kindly recommended that I try this product as a cheaper alternative that would do the same thing. I followed her advice and haven’t looked back. Good product and stops me waking up with headaches and a painful jaw in the mornings.
