I actually suffer a bit from bruxism and so teeth grinding is a common friend of mine. I’ve used a lot of different mouth guards and I will say, the sleep guard meets and exceeds expectations. The product is easy to use and form to your teeth. Just be sure to not get the water too hot otherwise it can deform too much. It’s durable and stood up to my grinding. And I like how this package comes with 4, 2 small and 2 large which is a great value compared to lots of other brands! It also comes with 2 cases for them. Overall? I got this product I don’t clench my teeth during sleep. My first thought was, “this is going to be uncomfortable “ but the minute I held the product in my hand it felt softer than I thought. It molds to your teeth, stays in place all night and very easy to clean. I have been using it for a month and it seems pretty durable. It defines serves the purpose. Love the product.
